Coverage

295,841 parcels on the final map 2026 across 31 councils. The publisher notes that the national file may be incomplete for a council whose map is on its own website; a missing parcel proves nothing.

The comparison

A parcel is new or gone only if neither its ID nor its centre is on the other map, because IDs can change.

Privacy

These maps name no owner. We never show applicants or addresses from planning records, and small parcels have no indexed page.
